The Logitech M305 is a small wireless mouse that fits great with any laptop. The one I have is a nice blue with random swirls, but this mouse comes in many different colors for you to choose from.
Having had bad experience with wireless mouses from Microsoft, I was pretty hesitant to buy another wireless mouse. My previous mouse was a Razer Diamondback gaming mouse, which I still use when I am not on the run. The wired Razer mouse has an extremely long USB cord that pretty much gets in the way of everything. I don't sit 50 feet away from my computer.
The wireless receiver for the Logitch M305 is a small stub that fits into one of your USB drives. It pops out a mere 7mm, so you don't have to be afraid of it bumping into anything. The mouse movement is pretty smooth and good enough to game with (for me) on first person shooters, although slightly not as fluid as with the Razer.
You can buy a similar mouse from Logitech that's bigger and still wireless. I chose this smaller version because it's easier to carry around. The smaller size makes it awkward to hold the mouse and it takes a while to get used to it fitting into your hand. I would not recommend this mouse to anybody with extra large hands. Another one of my gripes is the lack of buttons. It has the two normal mouse buttons with a scroll wheel that can click down, left, and right. The left and right buttons using the scroll wheel are really convenient for going forwards and backwards on my internet browser. I regularly use the down button on the scroll wheel to open up websites in a new tab. However, this is a pain on the Logitech M305 because pressing down on the scroll wheel usually shifts it to the right or left and causes my browser to go back instead of opening a new tab (something you DON'T want to happen when you have valuable information that could be lost by pressing the back button).
Other than that, the Logitech M305 it is a very sleek, smooth, and portable mouse.
8.5/10
